Mohan Electro Centre

So, we are over here at Mohan Electro Centre. The shop is on No. 8 3Rd Cross Sadarpatrappa Road. It’s a busy spot, mostly because there are so many other shops around us. If you know this part of town, you know it gets crowded pretty early in the morning. We usually get here around nine or so to start opening up the shutters. It’s always a bit dusty because of the road work that seems to never end. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of different electrical parts and boxes. Sometimes it feels like we don't have enough room for everything we have stored in here. My desk is right near the front so I can see everyone walking past. Some people stop to ask for directions while others are looking for specific wires or switches. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we do. On some days, the sun hits the front window directly and it gets quite warm in here. We usually just turn the fan on and keep going. It is a lot of counting inventory and making sure things are where they belong. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, there are boxes everywhere on the floor for a few hours. That is just how it goes here at 3rd Cross. We just stay busy with the work.
