Vijay Electronics

Our shop is at No. 61/1-1093 on Magadi Main Road in Kamakshipalya. We are located right next to the Tyagaraja Co-Operative Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. Magadi Main Road is always full of life, with street vendors and vehicles passing by constantly. We have been here for many years, and the shop has become a bit of a local landmark for people needing repairs. Inside, the walls are lined with shelves that are overflowing with old spare parts, wires, and tools. It is a bit of a mess, but we know exactly where every screw and fuse is kept. We spend our days hunched over workbenches, fixing televisions, radios, and other small appliances. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and sometimes they take a lot of patience and squinting. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment. It is just us and our soldering irons. We talk to the customers who come in, often about their families or the local news while we look at their broken gadgets. The bank next door brings a lot of people to this corner, so we often have people popping in just to ask a quick question. It is a simple way of living. We open up the shutters in the morning and close them when it gets dark. We are just happy to be part of the Kamakshipalya community and to keep people's electronics running for a bit longer.
