We are over in Moodalapalya, specifically at No.510 on 10th B Cross in Sanjeevini Nagar. Vijaynagar is just a short distance away from us. The building is a simple one, tucked into the residential streets where things are a bit quieter than the main road. We started here because the space was available and it fits what we need to do. Every morning starts with the same routine of lighting the stoves and getting the water boiling. We have a few long tables where we do all the prep work, like peeling ginger or chopping onions. It’s not a high-tech kitchen, just the standard tools that get the job done. Sometimes the 10th B Cross gets a little blocked if a big truck comes through, but usually, it’s just the local traffic. We spend our hours making sure the flavors are consistent and the containers are sealed tight. There is always a lot of washing up to do, which is probably the least favorite part of the job for everyone here. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Most of our work happens inside where the heat is. We just try to keep up with the schedule so that the food gets to where it’s supposed to be without any delays. It’s a basic, honest living for us in this corner of Sanjeevini Nagar. We just keep our heads down and cook.
