Service Engineer

My name is B. Rajesh and I work as a service engineer based out of Chikku Bidarkal in Bangalore. You can find me near the Ganesh Temple Road, specifically at the place belonging to Jayaram, who many people know as the Head Master around here. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the middle of the city. I’ve been doing this kind of work for a while now, mostly helping people with technical problems and repairs. Bangalore is always growing, so there is usually plenty to do. I don't have a large staff or a big shiny office. It’s just me and the tools I need to get things running again. I spend a lot of time traveling to different sites because equipment doesn't always break down in convenient places. Dealing with the traffic on the way to jobs is probably the hardest part of the day. I try to be fair with people and give them a clear idea of what’s wrong with their gear. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, and other times it requires more patience. I’m not into fancy talk or sales pitches. I just look at the problem and try to find a way to solve it. It’s practical work. People in the neighborhood know where to find me if they need help. I like being based near the temple; it makes it easy for people to give directions. I've lived here a long time and plan to stay.
