Our office for Serco Bpo Services Pvt Ltd is over in Hebbal at Plot No 13/18 in Jyotiba Nagar. We are right near Vidya Niketan School, so we hear the bells and the kids playing during the day, which is a nice break from the sound of typing. The place is set up for the kind of work we do, with plenty of desks and computers for everyone. It is not a very quiet job, but we have a good rhythm going. Most of us get here early to beat the Hebbal traffic, which everyone knows can be a real headache. We have our little break area where we drink way too much coffee and talk about whatever was on TV the night before. The building is simple and does what it needs to do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs or flashy stuff. It is just a place where we come to handle the data and the calls. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for a bit, but that is just how things go. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the local shops where we get our lunch. It is a regular job with regular people just trying to get through the day's tasks. We usually finish up late in the afternoon and head home through the same traffic, ready to do it all again tomorrow. It is not glamorous, but it is our daily life.
