Sealand Restaurant

We are located at No.19/1 on Buddha Vihar Road, just behind Komala Refreshments in Cox Town. This part of Bangalore has a different feel compared to the newer areas with all the big malls. It’s a bit quieter, but still has its own rhythm. We’ve been running Sealand for a while, and it has become a regular stop for many families living in 560005. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a normal corner of the street where we’ve set up our kitchen. Inside, it gets pretty warm when the burners are all going, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. The menu is what it is, mostly things we know how to cook well after all these years. We don't change things up just for the sake of it. Sometimes the delivery bikes outside get a bit crowded on the pavement, and we have to tell them to move. It’s a small place, so you might end up sitting quite close to the next table when we are busy. We see the same faces every week, people coming in after work or on their way home. It feels like part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, making sure the food is ready and the tables are wiped down. It’s a simple life on Buddha Vihar Road, just keeping the restaurant going day by day.
