We are based on the 1st floor at 235 Jayanagar. It’s a nice neighborhood, very green compared to other parts of the city. We handle management consulting, which basically means we sit down with other business owners and look at how they run things. Sometimes people just need an outside perspective on their training or how their teams are organized. We aren't a huge firm with thousands of employees. It’s just us here, working through different problems and coming up with practical steps. Jayanagar is a good spot for us because it feels a bit more grounded. We spend a lot of time talking, planning, and looking at spreadsheets. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it’s useful for the people we help. We’ve seen all sorts of situations in different companies. Some are small, some are bigger, but the issues are usually similar. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound smarter than we are. We just look at what's happening and suggest what might work better. The office is pretty quiet most days, which helps us focus on the details. People come in, we have a chat, and we see where things can be improved. It’s a straightforward approach to consulting. No fluff, just honest work from our little space in Jayanagar. We’ve been here a while and know the local scene well. We're just glad to be part of the community here and doing this work.
