Sb Pharma is tucked into the Gullandappa Building, right on the Koramangla Inner Ring Road in Ejipura. If you’re familiar with this part of town, you know it’s usually packed with traffic and people moving about. We are located right opposite the Muneshwara Temple, which is a nice landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Being near Vivek Nagar and Koramangla means we get a mix of all kinds of people coming through our doors. It’s a small place, but we manage to fit a lot of stock inside. We spend most of our time organizing the medicine boxes and talking to the regulars who live in the nearby flats. It’s not always quiet, especially with the temple bells and the honking from the Inner Ring Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us working here every day, making sure we have the right items for the neighborhood. Dealing with health supplies is a serious thing, so we stay focused on the work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but people still find their way to us. We try to keep things organized so nobody has to wait too long. It is a plain, honest business and we just like being part of the local Ejipura community. We keep the doors open and do our work steadily through the day.
