Sasken

We are over at Sasken, specifically at number 5 on the 3rd Floor. The house is House Number 3 on the 1st Main in Bangalore, Karnataka 560029. Being on the third floor means we get a lot of steps in every day because the stairs are a bit steep. The space itself is fairly basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of hardware. It’s an older building, so it has some character, like doors that don't always close perfectly unless you give them a little extra push. We have a small balcony area where some of the guys go to get a bit of air when the office feels too stuffy. The 1st Main street can be a bit of a mess with parking, but we’ve figured out our little spots over time. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on our computers. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall that’s usually a month behind and a clock that ticks a little too loudly when the room is quiet. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don't try to impress anyone with how the office looks. We just care about getting the work done and making sure everything is running the way it should be. It’s a local feel, and most of us live close enough that the commute isn't too terrible on most days of the week. We just show up and do the work.
