We don't have a big corporate budget for decor, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar or two. We’ve been here for several years and we know the people on the street. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don't have a lot of formal rules. We just work until the job is done. Sometimes we have a lot of work and stay late, and other days we can head off a bit earlier. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a chance to talk about things other than work. We aren't trying to be a global giant. We just want to provide for our families and do a good job for the people who hire us. If you’re looking for No 26, it’s the one with the small tree by the gate.
