Sarathi Engineering Works

Sarathi Engineering Works is tucked away in the Peenya Industrial Estate. The address is a bit long—No. 106/6 (2) in the 2nd Block, on 2nd Main, near 3rd Cross, 1st Stage. It can be a little tricky to find the first time if you don't know the landmarks, but once you’re here, you’ll see our shop. It’s a standard engineering setup with a lot of heavy machinery and the usual grease and oil. We do various types of mechanical work and part manufacturing. The machines are running most of the day, so it can get pretty loud inside. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started, and they know the equipment inside out. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that. It’s just the workshop where the real work happens. Sometimes we have stacks of raw material waiting outside the door because we ran out of space inside. Peenya is a huge place with thousands of shops, but we’ve managed to carve out our own little corner here. We don’t spend money on advertising; we just rely on the fact that we do what we say we will. Most days are just about managing the schedule and making sure the machines don't break down. It’s a gritty, hands-on business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s what keeps us busy.
