Sapna Delight

If you walk down 5th Main in Ganganagar near the Vijaya Bank, you’ll find us at No.2 on the 7th Cross. It’s a nice little neighborhood, mostly residential with some shops scattered around. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the street. The bank staff often come by during their breaks, and we see the same faces every day. Our kitchen isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or we’ll be tripping over each other. We focus a lot on the small details of the food we make, spending time on the prep work that most people don't see. There’s a lot of washing, peeling, and stirring involved in our daily work. Sometimes when it rains, the water pools up a bit near the entrance, and we have to go out with the mop to keep the floor from getting slippery. We don't use any fancy machines; it's mostly just hands and basic tools. The smells from our kitchen usually drift out onto the 7th Cross, which sometimes brings in people who were just walking by. We don't have any big signs or loud music. It’s just us in here, doing our work and making sure the shelves are stocked with what we made that morning. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy enough from morning until we lock up at night. We just try to get everything finished before the streetlights come on.
