Sankey

You’ll find us at 17 Sankey Road in Phase-I of the GIDC Estate. The name of the place is just Sankey. It’s an industrial spot, so there are a lot of warehouses and workshops all around us. We’ve been operating out of this unit for quite some time now. The building is made of corrugated metal and concrete, which stays cool in the mornings but gets warm in the afternoon sun. We handle various industrial tasks and sometimes it gets pretty loud with the activity in the estate. There’s usually a truck parked out front waiting to load or unload something. We aren't much for fancy office furniture; we have some old metal desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. Most of the time we are out on the floor making sure everything is running the way it should be. The GIDC Estate is a busy hub, and we like being right in the middle of it. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We don’t have a marketing team or a big HR department. It’s just a group of us who know the trade and get on with the work. We usually have a thermos of coffee ready in the morning to start the day. It’s honest work and we’ve made a lot of friends in the neighboring units over the years. It’s a noisy, busy place but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
