In Jamshedpur, you’ll find our office at Qr No-24/H2 on N Road in Bistupur. It’s an older part of town with a lot of character. We’ve been set up in this quarter for a while. It’s a modest space, not some high-rise office block. We do our semiconductor work right here in the middle of a residential-feeling area. The rooms are filled with desks and equipment. We like being in Bistupur because it’s central and everything is within reach. Working here at Sankalp Semiconductor means dealing with complex designs in a very simple setting. We don’t have a corporate cafeteria; we usually just bring stuff from home or go to the local shops on N Road. Sometimes the pipes in these older buildings are a bit noisy, or the paint is peeling in the corners, but it doesn't stop us from doing our jobs. It’s an honest place to work. We know the neighbors and they know us. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just put our heads down and focus on the technical tasks we have for the day. It’s a straightforward way to live and work in Jamshedpur, and it suits our style just fine.
