Sangeetha Mobile Stores

Sangeetha Mobile Stores is located in Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically in the 1st Phase. There is a bit of a strange number in our official address, 0.291666666666667, but we just tell people we are in the main market area of the 1st Phase. It is a very lively place to be. There are always people walking by, looking in the windows at the different mobile phones we have out. The shop floor is usually pretty clean, but the back room where we keep the stock and do our admin work is a bit more chaotic. We have boxes piled up and chargers tangled in drawers. Being in Banashankari means we get a lot of local residents coming in just to ask questions or see what’s new. We spend a lot of time explaining how different features work or helping someone set up their new device. It’s not a quiet job. There is always music playing from one of the neighboring shops and the sound of people bargaining outside. Our staff is mostly young people who really like gadgets, so there is always a lot of chatter about the latest releases. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people; we just try to be helpful and honest about what we know. By the time we close up at night, our feet are usually pretty tired, but it’s good to be part of the local community here.
