Sangeetha Mobile Pvt Ltd is situated in the ISRO Layout area, specifically near Khatri Pole. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the people who live nearby. Our shop is where we handle all kinds of mobile phone stuff, from selling new handsets to helping people figure out why their screen isn't turning on. The space is filled with glass display cases that we have to wipe down constantly because of all the fingerprints. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know more than we do. If a phone is broken and can't be fixed, we just tell the person straight. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who walk in with all sorts of questions about data plans or battery life. We have a small back room where we keep the inventory and where we sit to have our tea breaks. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment of new phones arrives and we have to find space for all the boxes. We aren't a corporate showroom with bright lights and loud music; we’re just a local spot where you can get your phone sorted out. The guys working here are pretty relaxed and we try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s just a normal shop on a normal street.
