We’ve been here in Peenya Industrial Area for quite some time now. Most mornings start early at M1, right on the 5th Cross. If you know this part of the 1st stage, you know it gets busy with trucks and people moving about. We handle precision work here at Sands Precision Pvt Ltd. It isn't glamorous, just a lot of metal, measurements, and keeping the machines running how they should. Sometimes the power acts up or a delivery is late, but we just deal with it. The shop floor is usually loud, and there’s always a layer of oil or dust on everything, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big flashy company with a fancy lobby. It's mostly just us in our work gear making sure the specs are right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and we grab tea from the stall around the corner. It's steady work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, more buildings coming up, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We focus on the parts we’re making and try to get them done correctly. There’s a certain way things need to be done when you’re dealing with precision stuff, and we’ve learned that through plenty of trial and error. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, right here in the heart of Peenya.
