You can find Samrat Times Services at Maruti Plaza, specifically in No. 4 of the D Block. We are right in the heart of Chickpet, which as everyone knows, is one of the busiest and most crowded areas you can find. We are near the old Vijayalaxmi Theatre, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to navigate the narrow lanes. Our shop is where we handle watch repairs and servicing. It’s a small, cramped space because Chickpet doesn't offer much room, but we make it work. There are tools everywhere and parts for watches that you probably can't find anywhere else. We’ve been in this plaza for a long time. People come to us from all over the city because they know we’ve seen almost every kind of watch there is. It’s not a shiny shop with glass floors; it’s a working man’s shop. We spend our days hunched over watches, fixing springs and replacing gears. The area outside is always loud with people shouting and carts moving by, but we just stay at our bench. We don’t bother with fancy talk or big promises. We’ve stayed in Chickpet because this is where the action is, and we like being part of the history of this market.
