Salem Kitchen Restauant

We are located inside the Forum Mall in Koramangala, specifically on the second floor within the Transit food lounge. It’s a bit different being in a mall compared to a standalone shop on the street. Everything is faster here. We deal with a lot of office workers from Hosur Road and shoppers who are taking a break. Being at No. 8 in the food court means we are always in the middle of the lunchtime rush. We prepare our food in the back and bring it out to the counter where everyone can see. It gets very busy on weekends when the mall is full of families. We have to keep things moving quickly so people don't have to wait too long for their trays. The mall atmosphere is always loud with music and people talking, but we just stick to our corner and keep the kitchen going. It’s a lot of coordination with the mall management and the other stalls nearby. We brought our style of cooking here because we thought people in Koramangala would appreciate a change from the usual fast food. We don’t have our own private seating, but the lounge area is big enough for everyone. It’s a good spot for us because so many people pass by every day. We just try to provide a solid meal for someone who is busy shopping or working nearby.
