Sakar Agriscience Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 227 on 15th Main in the Banshankari area of Kengeri. We work with different types of seeds and some basic supplies that local farmers need. The office isn't much to look at honestly with just some plain desks and a lot of metal filing cabinets lining the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to distributors and making sure the supplies actually get to where they are supposed to go on time. It’s a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood which is a nice change compared to the center of the city. We have some samples of different crops kept in glass jars on the shelves so people can see them. Sometimes we have meetings with people from the nearby villages who want to know what is the best thing to plant this season based on the rains. We aren't a huge team at all just a few people who know a bit about the local soil and the weather patterns. The building we are in is an older one and the elevator sometimes gets stuck between the floors so we usually just take the stairs to be safe. We've been at this Kengeri address for several years now and it works for us. It’s a practical place for a practical business like this. We don't go in for any fancy talk or expensive brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the science.
