Sahibas Boutique

It’s just us here on the ground floor of G M Sarkar Apartments. If you know where the post office is on Millers Road, then you can find Sahibas Boutique pretty easily since we are right near it. Benson Town is where we spend all our days. The shop is at number 63 and it isn't a very large space but we make it work. Most mornings start with unlocking the front door and seeing who is already out and about in the apartment complex. We see the same people going to the post office every day. Sometimes they look in the window and sometimes they just keep walking. It gets a bit dusty around here so we spend a lot of time with a cloth in our hands. We move the racks around to make more space and try to keep everything from getting wrinkled. The light in the ground floor unit is okay during the afternoon. Benson Town has a particular feel to it that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just focus on the clothes and making sure the shop looks decent enough. There is always a delivery to unpack or a shelf that needs straightening. It is a quiet kind of work most of the time. We aren't trying to do anything fancy. We just keep the doors open and handle whatever comes our way. It's just a regular local business at 63 G M Sarkar Apartments.
