Saakshis Co Operate Catering

Located at No.04 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, specifically on 17th Cross, we’ve been running Saakshis Co Operate Catering for some time now. This area of Bangalore is crowded, and finding our place can be a bit tricky if you don't know the cross streets like 7th Main and N S Palliya. We don't have a storefront where people sit down to eat. Instead, our days are filled with large pots and bulk ingredients. Catering is different from running a restaurant because you have to think about transport and keeping things at the right temperature while moving through Bangalore’s traffic. We start our work when most people are still sleeping. The noise of chopping and the smell of spices fill the space by 5 AM. We use a lot of local helpers who live nearby in the layout. It’s hard work, lifting heavy containers and making sure every order is packed correctly. We don't use fancy labels or high-end packaging. It’s more about the function than the look. Sometimes we’re exhausted by noon, but then we have to clean the whole kitchen to get ready for the next day’s list. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just try to get the food to the clients on time and hope nothing gets stuck in traffic. It’s a practical business that keeps us on our toes every single day without fail.
