S R R Kalyana Mantapa

Our hall is situated on Balaji Naidu Street in OMBR Layout. We are on the 5th Main, which is quite close to the Banasawadi area in 560047. It is a traditional kalyana mantapa that has been part of the community for a good while. We host a lot of weddings, engagement parties, and other family functions. The building is simple and doesn't have all those modern glass walls you see in the new hotels. It’s a solid, practical place for families who want to have a traditional ceremony without too much stress. We have a stage and enough room for guests to sit and eat. Since we are on a side street, it stays a little bit quieter than the main roads, though the traffic in Banasawadi can still be a headache for guests arriving late. We don't provide everything like some of those big event planners do. Usually, the families bring their own people for flowers or food, and we just provide the space and the basic facilities. It’s a local operation and we know most of the people who come through the doors. We take care of the cleaning and making sure the water and lights are working right. It’s a lot of responsibility to be part of someone’s wedding day, so we just focus on making sure the hall is ready when they arrive. It’s a modest place but it works well for us.
