We are based in Ganganagar, right on the 5th Main in RT Nagar. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to spot us. We deal with cars and bookings all day long. The phone rings a lot, usually people looking for a ride early in the morning or late at night. We’ve got our small office where we keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a couple of chairs for drivers to sit while they wait. RT Nagar is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time talking to people about routes and traffic. Our vehicles are out on the road more than they are parked here. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a delay because of a protest, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a busy way to make a living. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. We’ve been in this Ganganagar spot for quite a while now. The tea shop next door sees us about five times a day. We just try to keep the cars running and the schedules working as best as we can. It’s straightforward work that keeps us on our toes every single day. There is no corporate manual here, just us managing the trips one by one.
