Our office is in Kci Chambers at No.160. We take up both the ground floor and the first floor on 5th Main Road in Chamrajpet. Having two floors helps because we can keep the heavy stuff downstairs and the paperwork upstairs. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the new stock arrives. You will usually see a few of us moving crates around or sitting at the desks trying to get the billing done. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of town. We’ve got a lot of files and boxes everywhere, which makes the space feel a bit small sometimes. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people talking outside. It is just a regular pharmaceutical company. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big posters on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and lists of what needs to be shipped out. Working here is steady. We know our regulars and we try to stay organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. The traffic on 5th Main can be a real pain in the afternoon, but we manage. It is a practical workplace for practical people. We just get through the daily tasks one by one.
