Royal Cooking Caterers is right here in Rajajinagar, tucked behind the Fire Station at No.177/2 in Industrial Town. We have been doing this for quite some time now. Most mornings start pretty early when the vegetables arrive and we start prepping the kitchens. It gets loud and busy, especially when there are big orders to get out the door. We usually have a few people running around making sure the spices are right and the rice isn't overcooked. People around here know where to find us because of the smell of the cooking. Sometimes the traffic near the fire station makes it a bit tricky for the delivery vans to get out, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a kitchen where we spend most of our day. We handle a lot of different types of food, depending on what people ask for when they drop by. If you walk past the Indl Town area, you’ll see our gate. It’s a basic setup, focused on getting the work done rather than looking pretty for photos. We have a regular crew that has been with us for years. They know the routine by heart now. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing advertisements. Most of the people who call us heard about us from a neighbor or someone at a wedding. That’s just how it works for us. We stay busy enough.
