Royal Ambulance Service

Royal Ambulance Service is based at No-5 in the Madeena Complex. We are located on the 4th Cross of 8th Main in Malleswaram. This isn't your typical nine-to-five kind of job. We are here at all hours because you never know when someone will need an ambulance. Our office in the Madeena Complex is where we stay between calls. It’s a simple place with a few chairs and a phone that we watch closely. We aren't a large medical institution; we’re a private team that focuses on getting people to the hospital safely. Our ambulances are kept nearby and we spend a lot of time making sure they are clean and have all the right equipment inside. Malleswaram is a crowded part of the city, so our drivers have to be very good at navigating the narrow streets and heavy traffic. We don’t use any fancy marketing slogans because our work is serious. When someone calls us, they are usually having a bad day, so we just try to be calm and helpful. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience and quick thinking. We have a small group of dedicated people who work here. It’s not a glamorous life, and the hours can be very long, but we just keep doing what we do. We are just a local service trying to be there for people in our community when they need us most.
