We are Hydraulics India Services Pvt. Ltd. and you can find us at C-294 on the 8th Cross in Peenya Industrial Estate. Peenya is a big place, so we are right in the middle of all the noise and machines. We work on hydraulic systems, which means a lot of oil, heavy parts, and grease. Our workshop is usually full of pumps and valves that need fixing or checking. It is not the cleanest job, but it is what we know how to do. The team has been together for a while and we have a few guys who have been working with these machines for twenty years. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. If a machine stops working, we look at it and try to find the problem. Sometimes it's a simple seal and sometimes it’s a whole rebuild. We stay busy because there are so many factories around here in the 1st Stage. The traffic in the morning is a headache, but once we get the shutters up and the tools out, things are fine. We take our lunch breaks together when the work allows it. It is honest work and the metal smells like a proper shop. People drop off parts and we give them a timeline. It might take a day or a week depending on the spares. We just focus on the task at hand. There is no magic to it, just tools and experience.
