You can find our office at Vayudooth Chambers on M.G. Road, specifically at numbers 15 and 16. We are up on the 2nd floor at Door No:- 4. Being on M.G. Road means it’s always lively outside, with plenty of shops and people. Here at International Clearing & Shipping Agency (India) Pvt. Ltd., our work is mainly about the paperwork involved with shipping goods. It’s not very exciting to look at—mostly just desks, filing cabinets, and people on the phone. We deal with customs and clearing things through the ports. It involves a lot of back and forth with different offices. The building we are in is an older one, but it works fine for what we need. We’ve been based here for a while now. The walk up to the second floor is easy enough, and the office is usually quiet compared to the noise on the street. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of our work comes from long-time clients who have been using us for years. We just try to get the forms right and make sure the cargo doesn't get held up. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work that requires some patience. We stay focused on the task at hand and try to get through the daily pile of documents before we head home. Sometimes the files get stacked high, but we work through them one by one until the job is done for the day.
