Life Key Fitness

Life Key Fitness is right on the ground floor at the Ejipura Signal. We’re at No. 1, right along the Koramangala Inner Ring Road. Being at a signal means there is always traffic and people moving around outside our windows. It’s a very active spot. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a regular ground-floor unit. We spend a lot of time cleaning the gear and making sure everything is where it should be. The floor gets a bit scuffed from use, but that’s expected. We don’t have fancy lighting or loud music playing all the time. It’s a place where people come to get their work done and then head home. We’re usually here early in the morning and late into the evening. The staff here are just regular people who like being active. We don’t use those intense slogans you see in magazines. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the Ejipura Signal gets really backed up, and we see the same cars sitting there every day. We’ve gotten to know the regular delivery guys and the shop owners nearby. It’s a community feel even with all the traffic. We keep the doors open when it's not too dusty. It’s a simple, honest place to spend an hour or two.
