Rolls United

You can find Rolls United over at 15 Koramangala VI Block, on the 7th B Main Road. Being in the 1st Block area of 560095 means we are right in the middle of a lot of offices and student housing. This part of Bangalore is always buzzing, and our street is no exception. We have a small setup here where we focus on making rolls throughout the day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside the shop, especially when the delivery drivers are all waiting for their packages at once. We don't have a big fancy dining room. It’s mostly a counter and some space for people to stand and eat. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the menu is just a simple board on the wall, but we put our effort into the food instead of the decor. We’re usually busy from lunch until late at night, so there’s always something sizzle-frying on the tawa. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and that we don't keep people waiting too long. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the orders come in fast, but we just keep our heads down and keep cooking. It’s a regular, hardworking shop in a very busy part of the city, and we like it that way.
