Rock Around The Clock Dance Co

Our dance company is located in Vasanth Nagar, specifically in the Kadia Kui-Panchkuva Lane. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but that’s part of what makes it ours. The studio has a decent floor for dancing, and we’ve got mirrors along the walls so everyone can see what they’re doing. It gets pretty loud in here once the music starts. We don’t just stick to one style; people come here to move and have a bit of a break from their daily lives. The lane outside can be narrow, and sometimes the neighbors probably wish we turned the volume down a bit. We spend our evenings teaching steps and counting out beats. It’s not a polished, high-end gym atmosphere. It feels more like a workshop. There are bags and water bottles scattered near the entrance most of the time. The lights are a bit bright, and it gets warm when there are twenty people in the room at once. We’ve been running things this way for a while now. Some of the dancers have been with us since we started, while others just drop in for a few weeks and move on. We just like the music and the movement. It’s a simple place for people who don't want anything too corporate or stiff. We just open the doors and let the music play for whoever shows up.
