We are located on Hosur Road at PO 300. It is a very busy part of the city, and the traffic around here can be quite a challenge, especially in the evenings. Our building is large and has a lot of history to it. We mainly work on different types of parts and systems that go into machines and vehicles. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won't find many people in suits around here; it’s mostly work clothes and safety gear. The floor is always buzzing with the sound of things being moved or tested. We’ve been at this location for a long time, so we know the ins and outs of the area. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We have a lot of different departments, but everyone sort of knows what they need to do. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. We just look at the parts and the data and try to figure out how to make them work better. It gets quite dusty with all the activity, and the noise level is always up there. But that’s just how an industrial site on Hosur Road is. We have a canteen where we grab a quick bite, and then it’s back to the line or the desk. It’s a lot of hard work, and we are just a solid part of the local industry. Most of us head home once the shift change happens.
