Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Ltd is located up on the 9th floor of Gold Hill Square. This building is right on the By Pass Road in the Bommanahalli Township area. Being on the 9th floor means we spend a fair amount of time waiting for the elevators, but the view out over the township is pretty good once you get up there. The By Pass Road is always moving with cars and trucks, so there is a constant hum of traffic below. Gold Hill Square is a big place, and it takes a bit of time to navigate through the parking and the security at the front. Our floor is laid out like most offices, with rows of desks and some meeting rooms scattered around. It’s a big space because there are quite a lot of us working here. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines; it’s mostly just desks and computers. The air conditioning usually works okay, though some corners are always colder than others. Lunchtime usually involves a walk down to the local spots or heading to the canteen. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep things grounded. Working in a high-rise like this has its own set of daily routines. It’s a busy hub in Bommanahalli, and we are just one part of the activity in this building, day in and day out.
