Roadhouse

At Indira Nagar Banajara Layout 657, you will find Roadhouse tucked away. It’s a place where we spend most of our time fixing up tables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the evening. Indira Nagar is a lively part of town, but our corner in Banajara Layout feels a bit more settled. We have a few staff members who handle the seating and others who stay in the back with the pans and the grill. The menu is mostly things we like to eat ourselves. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just have regular chairs and some lights that work well enough. The floor is made of stone, and it takes a while to mop every morning. Most of our customers come in during the late afternoon or for dinner. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s nice when someone recognizes us and asks how the day is going. We have to deal with the usual stuff like a leaky tap or a light bulb that flickers, but we fix it as we go. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local spot where we work hard to keep things moving. We try to stay organized, but when it’s busy, things can get a bit hectic in the kitchen. We just keep our heads down and cook until the last order of the night is done.
