Rkm Catering Services operates out of No15, 3rd Cross in Chowdeshwari Nagara. If you walk down our street early in the morning, you’ll probably smell whatever we’ve got cooking in the big pots. We started this because we all liked being in the kitchen and it just grew from there into a full-time job. Our kitchen isn't a high-tech facility; it’s just a place with big stoves, plenty of workspace, and a lot of very busy people. We spend our days chopping vegetables, stirring massive vats of rice, and making sure the spices are just right. It’s physical work and your feet definitely feel it by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy office for meetings; usually, we just talk to people right there in the kitchen or over the phone while we’re working. The neighborhood of Chowdeshwari Nagara is pretty lively, and we often have people sticking their heads in to say hello. When we have a big event to cater, it’s all hands on deck and things can get a bit chaotic, but we always manage to get the food out on time. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a local team that knows how to cook for a crowd. There’s always washing up to do and more prep for the next day, so the work never really stops, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
