3Nity Caterers is based right here in Banaswadi. We don't have a huge, sprawling facility, just a local spot where we get our cooking done every day. People in the neighborhood probably see our vans around quite a bit. It’s a nice area to work in because everything we need is close by, from the markets to our regular suppliers. We aren't trying to be some massive company that loses touch with the locals. It is just a small team of us working together. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot, especially during the summer months in Banaswadi, but we just deal with it. We handle a lot of different orders and every day looks a little different. One day we might be prepping for a small gathering and the next it's something else entirely. We’ve learned over time that things don't always go exactly as planned, but we figure it out as we go. It's honest work. We don't use fancy slogans or try to sound more important than we are. If you live in this part of town, you know how the streets can get during rush hour. We’ve grown used to the pace here. Our focus is just on the food and making sure it gets to where it needs to be on time. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or advertising ourselves. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are in the area and have been for a while. It's a simple life.
