Adigas Catering Group

We’re Adigas Catering Group, located over at Kempe Gowda Nagar 4Th Block, specifically at 53Rd Cross 126. It’s a quiet enough spot until we start the ovens. We’ve been doing catering for a while now, mostly for people right here in the neighborhood. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us who know our way around a kitchen. The building at 126 is where all the work happens, though it’s mostly just hard labor and lots of steam. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people like what we cook. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the ingredients we get from the market. If the rice isn't right or the spices are off, we don't use them. It’s pretty simple. We do events of all sizes, but we treat them all the same. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when we have three orders going at once, but we've got a system that mostly works. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. We just provide the food and make sure the service is decent enough for what people are paying. It's how we've always done it here in Kempe Gowda Nagar. We’re just regular people who happen to be good at cooking for crowds. We focus on the flavor and let the rest happen.
