It’s a busy spot in RT Nagar. We are right next to where the old bank used to be on Dinnur Main Road. Most days we are busy packing up big containers of food for weddings or small parties at houses nearby. The staff is always moving around, cleaning vegetables or loading up the vans. It gets pretty loud when the cooking is in full swing. The traffic on Dinnur road is always a bit of a mess, so we have to plan our deliveries early. People usually just drop in to talk about their upcoming events. We don’t have much of a front office, just the workspace and the kitchen area where everything happens. It's been like this for a long time now. We see the same faces walking by every day. Sometimes we have extra food and the smell fills up the whole street. It's just a local business doing what we do every day without much fuss. If you are looking for us, look for the big blue boards near the bank crossing. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same work with the same pans and stoves. It's hard work, especially during the wedding season when we barely get any sleep. We just keep the stoves going and make sure the food is ready on time for the trucks. It’s mostly about getting the spices right and making sure nobody goes hungry at the party.
