You can find us at No. 64 in the Muniyappa Complex. We are right on the New Thippasandra Main Road, directly opposite the Ganesha Temple. It is a very busy spot, especially during the festivals. We spend our days working with food, trying out different flavors and making things for people to eat. We call it fusion food because we like to mix different styles together. It is not your usual stuffy restaurant. We are more of a local place where we just focus on making things taste good. The kitchen is always moving, with a lot of chopping and cooking going on from early morning. We started this because we all just really enjoy food and wanted to share some of our ideas with the neighborhood. Sometimes it is a bit of a scramble when the lunch rush hits, but we manage. The staff here are like a little family. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big marketing team. We just put the food out and let people decide if they like it. Most of our regulars live right around New Thippasandra. We like being across from the temple because there is always something happening outside our door. It is a lively place to work. We just keep things simple, use fresh ingredients, and try to make sure nobody leaves hungry. It is a basic business built on just liking to cook for people who enjoy a good meal.
