We run our catering business out of a small place at No. 40 in J P Nagar. We are specifically located on the 10th Cross in the 5th Phase area, which is a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads. We started this because we actually enjoy cooking and people kept asking us to make food for their small events. It is not a big industrial kitchen with hundreds of workers. It is just a small team of us who know how to handle spices and large pots. We do food for all kinds of things like housewarming parties, birthdays, or even small office lunches. Sometimes the mornings are very hectic when we are trying to get everything packed and ready for delivery. We don't have a fancy office where you sit on leather couches to talk about menus. Most people just come by the kitchen or call us to tell us what they want. We prefer sticking to simple, traditional dishes that people actually like to eat. We don't do any of that fusion stuff that no one understands. It is hard work being on your feet all day and dealing with the heat from the stoves, but it is what we do. We have lived in J P Nagar for a long time, so we know what the people here like. We just try to provide a good meal for a fair price without any fuss or complicated ordering systems.
