Rites

Rites is located at number 77 in the Srinivasa Reddy Compound, which is part of the Gopal Reddy Layout in Banaswadi. We are right on the 1st Cross, and it’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood with a lot of movement and noise. The office itself is fairly simple and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know our faces. We spend our time dealing with various projects and the mountain of paperwork that comes with them. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular space in the layout where we can sit down and get through our tasks. Sometimes the traffic in Banaswadi makes getting here a bit of a chore in the evening, but once you’re inside the compound, it’s okay. We have a few rooms set up for different parts of the business. It’s often quite busy with people coming in to discuss things or check on the progress of an order. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The desks are usually covered in drawings or reports, and there’s always someone on the phone. It’s a working environment through and through. We chose this spot because it’s central to where many of our activities happen in this part of the city. It might not look like much from the outside, but it’s where all our daily work happens without any fuss.
