Reliable Time Zone

Our shop is over at 89/4 Ganapathi Complex on Sanjaynagar Main Road. If you know Ashwath Nagar, you probably know the building because it has been there for ages. Inside is where we keep all the clocks and watches for repair or sale. You can hear the constant ticking sounds if it gets quiet enough in the evenings, but with the traffic on the main road, it’s usually quite loud outside during the day. We spend our time looking through small magnifying glasses and fixing tiny parts that most people wouldn't even see with the naked eye. People bring in their old watches that stopped working years ago, or they just need a new battery put in while they wait on the bench. We have some glass cases where we keep different models on display, and they need dusting every morning. It’s a small shop, so everything is within arm's reach for us. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and we know all the other shop owners who sell clothes or groceries nearby. Sometimes we stand out front just to watch the cars and buses go by on Sanjaynagar Main Road when things are slow in the afternoon. It isn't a fancy showroom with bright lights and carpets. It’s more of a practical place where we work with our hands and simple tools. Most customers are locals who live just a few streets away in Ashwath Nagar. They stop by on their way to the market or after their work shift. It’s a steady life here.
