Regius Group

Our office is located at the Yelahanka New Town Kolte Patil Project on Alandi Road in Vishrantwadi 33. It’s right where all the building and development is happening. Regius Group is basically a small team working out of this site office. There’s usually a thin layer of dust on everything because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being out here. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and talking to the guys on the ground. The road outside can get pretty busy with trucks and people moving back and forth. Inside, we’ve got some basic furniture and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. We’re right here where the work is actually being done. We have a lot of meetings, mostly over plastic cups of tea, talking about timelines and what needs to happen next. Vishrantwadi is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of that growth. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window to use the natural light. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just try to make sure everything is moving in the right direction. It’s a bit of a grind, but seeing the buildings go up bit by bit is interesting. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep a big project on track without losing our minds or getting too stressed.
