Red Mount Restaurant

Cottonpet is always moving, isn't it? Our place is right there at number 415 on the main road, near Otc Road. If you know Bangalore, you know how these streets are—tight, crowded, and full of energy. We’ve been running Red Mount in this building for some time now. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Most of the people who come in are workers from the nearby shops or folks who are just passing through the market area. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We try to keep things organized, but on busy afternoons, it gets a bit messy. That's just part of being in Cottonpet. We don't have any fancy waiters or a big menu with things you can't pronounce. It’s just straightforward. Some mornings I get here early to open up and the street is already humming. By evening, it’s a complete jam outside. We usually just leave the door open to get some air, even with all the noise. My brother handles the billing and I stay mostly in the back. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop here. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure nobody leaves hungry. We are just part of the local scenery here.
