Rangana Hotel

Our place is over on 4th Main Road in SR Nagar. It’s quite close to Beml Soudha, so we get a lot of people passing through that way. The building is No. 4/2. It’s an old structure, but it serves its purpose well enough for us. Every day we get started before the sun is even fully up. There is something about the morning air in Sampangiram Nagar that feels different before the traffic starts. We keep the doors open and let the breeze in while we set things up for the day. The hotel isn't like those big modern places you see in the city center. We have old wooden tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they are sturdy and comfortable enough. People come in, sit down, and they don't expect a lot of fuss or fancy service. We just give them what they need and let them be. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to close down for that yet. Working here keeps us busy from morning till night. My nephew helps out with the cleaning and the heavy lifting. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. We just make sure the place is open when it’s supposed to be and that there’s a seat for whoever walks in. It’s a bit noisy because of the main road, but that’s just life in this part of town. We stay here.
