We’ve been at Sophia’s Choice on St Marks Road for a while now. It's a busy part of Bangalore, right in the middle of everything. We do architectural work, mostly planning and design stuff. The office is at number 204. If you know the area, it's easy to find. We are a small team of people who like to get things done without too much fuss. Every day is a bit different here. Sometimes we are looking at blueprints all day, other times we’re out talking to people or checking on sites. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers. We aren't really the type to talk ourselves up or use fancy words. We just work on buildings. People come in with ideas, and we try to put them on paper so they actually make sense. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes things change halfway through a project, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve seen Bangalore change a lot from our windows over the years. We keep our coffee machine running all day because it gets pretty busy. That’s just how it is here. If you are around St Marks Road, you probably walked past our building a hundred times. We're just upstairs doing our thing. It's a solid place to work and we like being part of this neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us after a job is finished.
