This is a busy part of the road because of everyone traveling back and forth between the two cities. The building is quite old and has been a part of the landscape here for many years. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that to tell people where we are. Most people who come here are part of the local community or people who have heard about us through their friends. It's not a corporate office or a high-end club. It’s just a space where we manage things and keep the daily operations going. I spend a lot of time here just making sure the place is tidy and that things are running the way they should be. The Mysore road is always loud with traffic but once you step inside the Bhavan, it’s a bit different. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the basic stuff that has been here for a long time. It’s a bit of a walk-in place where people can come for whatever reason they have. We handle all the paperwork and the maintenance ourselves. It’s not always easy keeping an older building like this in good shape but we do what we can. It’s just a local institution that’s been around for a long while.
