Rajans Caterers

We are over in Jalahalli, specifically at No.115 in Kalathur Layout. It’s a nice enough spot near Gangmma Circle. St Marys Church is just a short walk away, so we get a lot of people passing by who know the area well. Rajans Caterers has been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch of time. The building is simple, nothing too modern, but it fits all our stoves and equipment just fine. We usually start the day when it’s still dark outside to get the fires going. It takes a lot of work to get everything ready for large groups, and there’s always a bit of chaos in the kitchen when things get busy. We don’t really have a front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us mid-work with flour on our hands or carrying heavy trays. We’ve learned over the years that being practical is better than being flashy. The guys who work here have been with us for a long time, so we all know the routine. Jalahalli feels like home to us, and we know most of the shopkeepers around the circle. It’s a steady life, even if it gets tiring standing on our feet all day. We just try to make sure every order that leaves our door is exactly what was asked for. No more, no less. It is just honest work for us.
