Raga Malika School Of Music

We started Raga Malika School Of Music a few years back now. We are located over at Marathahalli Colony Plot Ii, specifically in Khanda Colony, Sector 9 6. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we sit and go over the notes together. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is practicing at once, but that is just how it goes here. Most of the folks who come by live right in the neighborhood, so they just walk over after their day is done. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just a small one by the door so you know you’re in the right spot. The chairs are a bit old and the floor is stone, which stays cool in the summer heat. Most afternoons you can hear the singing or the instruments from the street if the windows are open. We spend a lot of time just talking about music before we even start the lessons. It feels more like a home than a school most days. People bring tea and we sit around. If you are looking for us, just head toward Sector 9 6 and look for Plot Ii. It is right there near the other houses. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around, we just like teaching what we know. It keeps us busy and the community seems to like having us here.
